DIY Electrolyte Sports Drink
Serving size: 1 large glass or 2 small glasses
5 frozen strawberries
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp maple syrup
1 1/2 cup coconut water
Pink himalayan sea salt
Place strawberries, honey, maple syrup, coconut water, and a dash of pink Himalayan sea salt into blender.
Using juice or hands, squeeze the lemon and orange until all juice has been extracted and pour into blender. Catch and dispose of lemon and orange seeds.
Blend on high until mixture is well blended, smooth, and has consistency of water.
Pour into glass with crushed ice or into your favorite water bottle.
NOTE: If you chill this electrolyte drink, be sure to shake well before consuming! This sports drink tastes best if consumed within 24 hours.
