Crockpot Roasted Honey Cinnamon Almonds
Serving size: 4 servings
1 cup dry, unsalted almonds
3 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Dash of pink Himalayan sea salt
Turn crockpot on high and spray inside with non-stick spray.
Pour all ingredients into crockpot, topping mixture with a dash of pink Himalayan sea salt.
Let almond mixture roast on high for 4 hours, stirring every 1-2 hours.
When 4 hours is up, transfer almonds onto parchment or wax paper and let cool.
