DIY Pregnancy: Anti-Nausea Drop Chews

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into food processor. Blend on high for 3-5 minutes or until well blended.

  2. Pour ingredients into medium pot and bring to a slow simmer (using low-medium heat). Let simmer for 2-3 minutes then remove pot from heat.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  4. Using spoon (DO NOT STICK FINGER IN HONEY MIXTURE), pour mixture onto parchment paper.

  5. Place baking sheet in freezer for 20 minutes (or until the mixture is bendable).

  6. Once bendable, start forming into desired shape. Work quickly, as this mixture will harden fast!

  7. Once rolled/formed into balls (or preferred shape) let chill for 1-2 hours (freezer or fridge).

  8. Store chilled (freezer or fridge).
