I don’t pretend that I have all the answers, but I do know this: momma, you absolutely have to prioritize YOU.

The act of filling your cup (self care) is JUST AS IMPORTANT as the act of pouring out (serving)...

You can’t have one without the other. Well, you CAN... but if you only pour pour pour, you will end up worn out, depleted, stressed, maybe even angry and resentful.

One of the BEST tips for self care? Keep it SIMPLE. Like... so simple!!! Don’t get tied up in the belief that self care needs to cost money or happen outside of your house.

So here is my challenge to you today, how can you create glow pockets throughout your day that together work to keep you filled *before* you hit empty? Think SUPER simple things that you can do at home, possibly even while your kiddos are awake and occupied!
