Healthy Eating over the Holidays

Alright girls, in today’s post we put together a list of some of our favorite recipes and are showing you what a typical day of eats might look like for a Blossoming Mommy and Baby Woman. These recipes are nutritious and wholesome which means they will keep you happy and healthy this holiday season! Most of the time our recipes are reserved for our Mommy Members but we wanted to spread some extra holiday cheer for all of our lovely followers! We hope that you enjoy this post!

Breakfast

Start your day right with a satisfying Avocado Egg and side of Homemade Breakfast Sausage! The healthy fats from the avocado and egg combined with the protein from the sausage will keep you full until snack time.

Snack #1

Munch on one of our famous Alaska’s Best Paleo No-Bake Granola Bars. Each bite is the perfect balance of salty and sweet, crunchy and chewy. The best part is once you make a batch you will have them on hand for days!

Lunch

Opt for this delicious Veggie Wrap. It’s a fresh and flavorful wrap that is packed with vitamins, fiber, micronutrients and vegetable protein.

Snack #2
Roasted Chickpeas are a yummy and satisfying snack choice for just about anytime of the day and the recipe is customizable. Add an apple and you should be good to go until dinner!

Dinner

Crockpot meals are perfect for busy women and this Honey Dijon Crockpot Meal is beyond delicious. Pair this simple recipe with a salad and you have an award winning dinner!

Dessert

Finally indulge responsibly with this creamy and energizing smoothie! Again, this recipe is easy to tweak based on your taste preferences. Add the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
